Restaurante e residencial “O Príncipe”, Amarante : projeto de reabilitação

Abstract

Como término da Licenciatura em Design de Interiores e Equipamento, somos desafiados na unidade de curricular de Projeto a desenvolver um projeto que se incorpora os conhecimentos adquiridos nesta formação. Para isto, proponho a reabilitação de uma residencial/restaurante na zona de Amarante com o objetivo de trazer mais oferta na hospedagem diversificada de turistas que cada vez mais visitam esta cidade. Este projeto de reabilitação, tem como objetivo criar uma oferta de alojamento, com um contexto diversificado e totalmente renovado na região, tornando a residencial em tempos existente, num hotel boutique. A par deste espaço, teremos um bar/restaurante, um espaço igualmente modernizado e específico, que vai aumentar a oferta de estabelecimentos desta categoria na cidade. Esta proposta terá um caracter académico contando com orientação do corpo docente da Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas.

Abstract : As I finish my Degree in Interior Design and Equipment, we are challenged in the Project curricular unit to develop a project that incorporates the knowledge acquired in this training. To this end, I propose the rehabilitation of a guesthouse/restaurant in the Amarante area with the aim of providing more diverse accommodation options for tourists who are increasingly visiting this city. This rehabilitation project aims to create a new accommodation offer, with a diverse and completely renovated context in the region, transforming the previously existing residence into a boutique hotel. Alongside this space, we will have a bar/restaurant, an equally modernized and specific space, which will increase the supply of establishments in this category in the city. This proposal will have an academic character with guidance from the teaching staff of the School of Applied Arts.
