Projeto de reabilitação : Café Restaurante em Miranda do Corvo

Abstract

No âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto e para finalização da licenciatura de Design de Interiores e Equipamento, no segundo semestre do terceiro ano, é-nos proposto a realização de um projeto final, onde podemos escolher uma de duas vertentes curriculares: Design de Interiores ou Design de Equipamento. A vertente pela qual decidi, é a de Design de Interiores, pois é a área pela qual tenho maior interesse e me vejo a trabalhar no futuro e implementa também a área do Equipamento. Assim, como minha proposta do projeto final, proponho a reabilitação do edifício que funciona como café restaurante, Rufino dos Leitões, que se encontra em Miranda do Corvo, Coimbra. Ao longo deste documento, poderá observar-se as informações já obtidas sobre o espaço, como localização, fotografias e planta, o motivo da escolha deste e o que pretendo fazer com o espaço.

Abstract : In the context of the Project curricular unit, as part of the final year of the Interior and Equipment Design degree, in the second semester of the third year, we are presented with the opportunity to undertake a final project. For this project, we can choose one of two curricular branches: Interior Design or Equipment Design. I have chosen the Interior Design branch as it aligns with my primary interests and is the area where I envision working in the future. It also encompasses the Equipment Design aspect. Therefore, for my final project proposal, I suggest the rehabilitation of the building currently housing the Rufino dos Leitões café-restaurant in Miranda do Corvo, Coimbra. Throughout this document, you will find information already gathered about the space, such as its location, photographs, and floor plan. I will also explain the reasons behind my choice of this particular establishment and outline my vision for the space.
