Abstract: This bachelor’s degree project in Fashion and Textile Design proposes the development of an adaptive clothing capsule collection, focusing on the specific needs of children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD). The research stems from an indepth analysis of autism, its various levels, and the different stimuli that lead to sensory processing challenges. The core objective is to create solutions that promote comfort and dignity for the individual, while serving as a tool to reduce dependency. The outcome is an inclusive design proposal that balances functionality, aesthetics, and technology to fill existing gaps in the adaptive fashion market.
