Criação de peça de mobiliário com aplicação de fibra natural de esparto

Abstract

No âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto, lecionada no segundo semestre do 3º ano da Licenciatura De Design De Interiores e Equipamento, foi nos proposto a realização do projeto final, com a escolha destacada a uma das vertentes curriculares, Design De Interiores ou Design De Equipamento. A vertente principal pela qual optamos por envergar o projeto, foi o Design De Equipamento, embora acabe por incidir em ambas áreas. Neste contexto, a proposta de projeto final de curso recais sobre a utilização de uma fibra natural de seu nome Esparto, já pouco utilizada em Portugal. Com foco na sustentabilidade, utilizando uma matéria-prima que a mãe natureza nos oferece, recuperando costumes e tradições Abstract: Within the scope of the Project curricular unit, taught in the second semester of the 3rd year of the Degree in Interior Design and Equipment, we were proposed to carry out the final project, with the choice being one of the curricular aspects, Interior Design or Equipment Design. The main aspect in which we chose to cover the project was Equipment Design, although it ends up affecting both areas. In this context, the final course project proposal focuses on the use of a natural fiber called Esparto, already little used in Portugal.
