Reabilitação e adaptação de residência habitacional em alojamento de Turismo Rural

Abstract

Na conclusão da Licenciatura de Design de Interiores e Equipamento é nos proposta a realização do Projeto Final, onde demonstramos todas as aprendizagens obtidas nos últimos anos. Assim, este documento dá a conhecer a proposta para o meu Projeto Final, que consiste na reabilitação e adaptação de uma residência habitacional construída nos anos 60, para um alojamento de turismo rural. Localizado no centro de Casal dos Bernardos, uma pequena aldeia do concelho de Ourém. Com o objetivo de trazer mais alojamentos para o concelho, que nos últimos anos tem sido muito procurado pelas diversas atrações turísticas, e oferecer uma experiência tranquila pelo sossego do campo. O projeto teve como objetivo desenvolver uma proposta de reabilitação que conjugasse conforto, funcionalidade e bem-estar, preservando simultaneamente o carácter e a identidade do contexto rural onde a habitação se insere. A reorganização dos espaços e a escolha criteriosa dos materiais permitiram valorizar os elementos existentes, adaptando o edifício a uma nova função e contribuindo para a sua valorização e continuidade. A proposta estética baseou-se na envolvente natural e agrícola da aldeia, recorrendo a materiais naturais, texturas orgânicas e uma paleta de tons neutros, de forma a estabelecer uma relação harmoniosa entre os espaços interiores e exteriores e a criar ambientes acolhedores, serenos e adequados ao turismo rural. Abstract: At the conclusion of the Bachelor’s Degree in Interior and Furniture Design, we are assigned the Final Project, in which we demonstrate all the knowledge and skills acquired over the past years. With this in mind, this document presents the proposal for my Final Project, which consists of the rehabilitation and adaptation of a residential house built in the 1960s into a rural tourism accommodation. It is located in the center of Casal dos Bernardos, a small village in the municipality of Ourém. The aim is to increase the availability of lodging in the municipality, which in recent years has been in high demand due to various tourist attractions, and to offer a peaceful experience in the quietness of the countryside. The project aimed to develop a renovation proposal that combined comfort, functionality, and well-being, while preserving the character and identity of the rural setting in which the house is situated. The spatial reorganization and careful selection of materials highlighted existing elements, adapting the building to a new function and contributing to its enhancement and continuity. The aesthetic approach drew inspiration from the village's natural and agricultural surroundings, utilizing natural materials, organic textures, and a neutral color palette to establish a harmonious relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces and to create welcoming, serene environments suited to rural tourism.
