Alojamento local, Ourém : projeto de reabilitação

Abstract

O presente relatório tem como objetivo apresentar o projeto final, desenvolvido no âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto de Design de Interiores e Equipamento, assinalando a conclusão da licenciatura em Design de Interiores e Equipamento. O projeto consiste na reabilitação e remodelação de dois edifícios antigos e degradados, localizados na aldeia Vale da Perra, no concelho de Ourém, distrito de Santarém, com o propósito de criar uma unidade de alojamento local. A intervenção visa preservar as características arquitetónicas originais dos edifícios, adaptando-os às exigências contemporâneas de conforto e funcionalidade. A proposta inclui intervenções estruturais essenciais para garantir a habitabilidade e o cumprimento das normas em vigor, bem como a otimização da distribuição dos espaços, tornando-os mais eficientes e acolhedores. Será dada especial atenção à valorização da identidade local, respeitando a estética e o património da região, de forma a integrar harmoniosamente a unidade de alojamento no seu contexto rural. Além da reabilitação dos edifícios, está prevista a conceção de equipamento desenhado à medida, alinhado com o conceito do projeto, garantindo coerência entre o design de interiores e a funcionalidade do espaço. O objetivo final é proporcionar um ambiente autêntico e acolhedor, promovendo uma experiência de estadia diferenciadora e em sintonia com a envolvente natural e cultural da região. Abstract: The present report aims to present the final project, developed within the scope of the Interior and Equipment Design Project course, marking the conclusion of the Bachelor's degree in Interior and Equipment Design. The project consists of the rehabilitation and renovation of two old and degraded buildings, located in the village of Vale da Perra, in the municipality of Ourém, district of Santarém, with the purpose of creating a local accommodation unit. The intervention seeks to preserve the original architectural features of the buildings while adapting them to contemporary demands for comfort and functionality. The proposal includes essential structural interventions to ensure habitability and compliance with current regulations, as well as the optimization of space distribution, making them more efficient and welcoming. Special attention will be given to enhancing the local identity, respecting the aesthetics and heritage of the region to integrate the accommodation unit harmoniously into its rural setting. In addition to the rehabilitation of the buildings, the project also foresees the design of custom-made furniture, aligned with the overall concept, ensuring coherence between interior design and functionality. The ultimate goal is to provide an authentic and welcoming environment, offering a unique accommodation experience in harmony with the natural and cultural surroundings of the region.
