Abstract : In this project, I present the creation of a capsule collection of bags inspired by the cultural diversity of Brazilian indigenous peoples. The main purpose of this collection is to rescue the ancestral heritage of indigenous peoples, valuing their knowledge, beliefs and customs and not forgetting their importance to the Brazilian territory. The basis involved research and analysis of the material and immaterial culture of indigenous peoples, focusing on their body paintings, graphics, symbols, artisanal manufacturing techniques and adornments used on their bodies. By reading books and articles on the subject, it was possible to understand a little more about all these concepts that define indigenous peoples. An important point of this work is the use of natural dyeing, a technique that rescues ancient coloring practices using natural raw materials such as plants, fruits and vegetables, seeds and minerals. Natural dyeing, in addition to bringing a unique and authentic character to the bags, also reflects a commitment to sustainable fashion. The natural dyeing method is widely used by indigenous peoples, who value the environment and all the resources it can offer us. The creative process began with the development of creative panels with in-depth research into various elements that characterize indigenous art. This initial stage gave rise to the concept, materials to be used, manipulations, sketches, technical sheets, modeling and prototyping of the collection. At the end of all these processes, the budget for the final product and project was calculated. Keywords
