Parque Vila Caia Camping, Mira : projeto de reabilitação de restaurante

Abstract

Como forma a concluir a Licenciatura em Design de Interiores e Equipamento, foi proposto levar avante a reabilitação de um restaurante no Parque de Campismo de Vila Caia, situado no concelho de Mira, distrito de Coimbra. Primeiramente, irá ser referida a importância deste Parque de Campismo para a região e, por sua vez, a importância do restaurante para o parque e de que forma esta pode ser um fator para o dinamismo da zona, para isso, esta reabilitação é fulcral para a comodidade dos visitantes e a permanência dos mesmos. Irá ser também prestar uma introdução para dar a conhecer o enquadramento do projeto, assim como, os objetivos que se gostava que fossem alcançados. Seguidamente, irá ser exibido provas fotográficas do atual estado do espaço, fazendo referência à sua estrutura debilitada e de que forma podem ser abordados. Este processo irá, evidentemente, ser justificado com plantas, cortes e vistas, proporcionando um melhor entendimento geral. Concluída a fase de apresentação do projeto, será necessário realizar uma pesquisa para perceber a viabilidade do projeto, para conhecer projetos semelhantes e perceber as necessidades que precisariam de ser colmatadas. Por último, irá ser apresentada a planta final juntamente com uma breve apresentação e justificação de cada zona do projeto, para que se chegue ao melhor entendimento dos objetivos alcançados com a evolução de todo o projeto. Abstract : In order to complete the degree in Interior Design and Equipment, it was proposed to carry out the refurbishment of a restaurant in the Vila Caia Camping Park, located in the municipality of Mira, in the district of Coimbra. Firstly, the importance of this campsite for the region will be mentioned, as well as the importance of the restaurant for the park and how it can be a factor for the dynamism of the area, so this refurbishment is crucial for the comfort of visitors and their stay. An introduction will also be given to explain the background to the project, as well as the objectives that were hoped to be achieved. Photographic evidence of the current state of the space will then be shown, making reference to its weakened structure and how it can be addressed. This process will, of course, be justified with plans, sections and views, providing a better overall understanding. At the end of the project presentation phase, it will be necessary to carry out research to understand the feasibility of the project, to find out about similar projects and realise the needs that would need to be met. Finally, the final floor plan will be presented, along with a brief presentation and justification of each area of the project, so that a better understanding can be reached of the objectives achieved with the evolution of the entire project.
