Abstract
O estágio foi realizado no 3º ano da licenciatura em Desporto e Atividade Física, concretizado no Grupo Desportivo Pampilhosense, com as equipas de Benjamins e Petizes. O objetivo deste estágio foi contribuir para o desenvolvimento desportivo dos jovens atletas, proporcionando uma experiência prática e permitindo a aplicação dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do curso.
Este relatório descreve detalhadamente as atividades desenvolvidas e as aprendizagens adquiridas ao longo deste período de formação prática em futebol. Destaca-se a importância da adaptação ao contexto desportivo, os desafios enfrentados e as estratégias utilizadas para superá-los. Entre os principais objetivos do estágio, salienta-se a transposição da teoria para a prática desportiva, a aquisição de competências na gestão e orientação de grupos com diferentes níveis de habilidade e a promoção da evolução técnica e tática dos atletas. A metodologia implementada envolveu a planificação e execução de treinos, a observação direta das sessões, a análise do desempenho dos jogadores e uma reflexão contínua sobre o impacto das abordagens utilizadas.
A Primeira Parte do relatório aborda a Introdução, o enquadramento teórico, o Plano de Desenvolvimento Pessoal (autoapresentação, reflexão sobre o portefólio, autoconhecimento, papéis de vida, aprendizagens e plano de desenvolvimento profissional) e o Projeto de Formação. A Segunda Parte foca na aplicação prática, com análise institucional, variáveis de contexto e programa, e filosofia do treinador. Inclui ainda o Diário de Bordo, as atividades realizadas, documentos e análises, e finaliza com o Projeto de Investigação/Intervenção, autoavaliação, heteroavaliação e reflexão crítica sobre a unidade curricular.
Em suma, este estágio proporcionou um contacto direto com a realidade da prática desportiva, permitindo consolidar e aplicar conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da formação académica. A análise contínua das intervenções realizadas, aliada à autoavaliação que, foi determinante para reconhecer os pontos fortes e identificar aspetos a melhorar, contribuindo assim para o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal.
Abstract: The internship was carried out in the 3rd year of the degree in Sport and Physical Activity, at the Grupo Desportivo Pampilhosense, with the Benjamins and Petizes teams. The aim of this internship was to contribute to the sporting development of young athletes, providing practical experience and enabling the application of the knowledge acquired during the course. This report describes in detail the activities carried out and the lessons learnt during this period of practical football training. It emphasises the importance of adapting to the sporting context, the challenges faced and the strategies used to overcome them. Among the main objectives of the internship, we highlight the transposition of theory into sports practice, the acquisition of skills in managing and guiding groups with different skill levels and the promotion of the technical and tactical development of the players. The methodology implemented involved planning and executing training sessions, directly observing the sessions, analysing the players' performance and continuously reflecting on the impact of the approaches used. Part One of the report covers the Introduction, the theoretical framework, the Personal Development Plan (self-presentation, reflection on the portfolio, self-knowledge, life roles, learning and professional development plan) and the Training Project. Part Two focuses on practical application, with institutional analysis, context and programme variables, and the trainer's philosophy. It also includes the Logbook, the activities carried out, documents and analyses, and ends with the Research/Intervention Project, self-assessment, hetero-assessment and critical reflection on the course unit. In short, this internship provided direct contact with the reality of sports practice, allowing me to consolidate and apply the knowledge acquired throughout my academic training. The continuous analysis of the interventions carried out, combined with selfassessment and hetero-assessment, was decisive in recognising strengths and identifying aspects for improvement, thus contributing to professional and personal development.
