Abstract
O TrackFood é um sistema desenvolvido para monitorizar e gerir uma horta automatizada, com o objetivo de melhorar as condições necessárias para maximizar o cultivo. Todo esse processo é realizado através da integração de vários sensores que medem tanto a temperatura, humidade e vento, que são pontos cruciais na agricultura. Todos os valores medidos são processados pelo módulo de microcontrolador ESP-WROOM-32 e enviados para um broker MQTT, com o objetivo de controlar todos estes fatores de forma automatizada utilizando regas automáticas. A gestão e análise de dados é feita com base em aplicações contidas no Docker, de forma a criar um ambiente dinâmico para adaptação de diferentes ambientes de cultivo. Toda a monitorização e tomada de decisões por parte do utilizador será feita em um site desenvolvido especialmente para que haja um único ambiente onde tudo passa a ser analisado de forma eficiente, com gráficos, previsões de temperaturas e pontos de interação direta para com o sistema.
Abstract: TrackFood is a system developed to monitor and manage an automated garden, with the goal of improving the conditions necessary to maximize cultivation. This entire process is done through the integration of several sensors that measure temperature, humidity, and wind, which are crucial factors in agriculture. All the measured values are processed by the ESP-WROOM-32 microcontroller module and sent to an MQTT broker, aiming to control these factors automatically through irrigation systems. Data management and analysis are carried out based on applications contained within Docker, creating a dynamic environment to adapt to different cultivation settings. All monitoring and decision-making by the user will be done on a website developed specifically to provide a single environment where everything can be analyzed efficiently, with graphs, temperature forecasts, and direct points of interaction with the system.
