Abstract
O estágio, com a duração de doze semanas foi realizado ma empresa Prodite Zeelandia, Lda, mais precisamente na sede e unidade produtiva em Portugal, em S. Félix da Marinha, pertencendo ao uma joint venture com o grupo holandês Zeelandia Internacional, um dos maiores fornecedores de produtos de panificação e pastelaria.
O estágio frequentado foi muito abrangente dando ao estagiário a possibilidade de passar por todos os departamentos, apesar de o foco ser o departamento comercial.
Foi possível desenvolver bastantes projetos, tais como, um projeto piloto de televendas, com a criação do “Método r script de televendas. Manual de boas práticas” e a participação numa ação de marketing de um novo produto.
O projeto piloto de televendas foi desenvolvido com base na análise detalhada dos parâmetros críticos para o sucesso de vendas a distância. Esta análise permitiu ao estagiário elaborar um plano de televendas igualado com as necessidades específicas da Prodite Zeelandia e dos seus clientes, de modo a melhorar a eficiência e eficácia das operações comerciais.
Adicionalmente o estagiário participou numa ação de marketing que envolveu gravações em pastelarias e padarias, de forma a promover um novo produto da empresa. Esta experiência foi muito enriquecedora e proporcionou insights valiosos sobre a estratégia de promoção de produtos de mercado.
Este estágio contribuiu significativamente para o desenvolvimento profissional do estagiário, oferecendo uma compreensão aprofundadas das dinâmicas comerciais e de marketing numa empresa de referência no setor alimentar.
Abstract: The internship was carried out at the company Prodite Zeelandia, Lda., more precisely at the headquarters and production unit in Portugal in S. Félix da Marinha, belonging to a joint venture with the Dutch group Zeelandia International, one of the largest suppliers of bakery and pastry products. The internship lasted 12 weeks. The internship attended was very comprehensive, giving the intern the possibility of going through all departments, despite the focus being the commercial department. It was possible to develop many projects such as telesales pilot projects, as well as “Método e script de televendas. Manual de bosa práticas” and also participating in a marketing campaign for a new product. The telesales pilot projects was developed based on a detailed analysis of the critical parameters for the success of distance sales. This analysis allowed the intern to develop a telesales plan matched to the specific needs of Podite Zeelandia and its customers, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations. Additionally, the intern participated in a marketing campaign that involved recordings in pastry shops and bakeries, in order to promote a new product from the company. This experience was enriching and provided valuable insights into the product promotion strategy on the market. This internship contributed significantly to the intern’s professional development, offering an in-depth understanding of commercial and marketing dynamics in a leading company in the food sector.
