Abstract
O estágio decorreu na empresa Quinta Vale do Armo, Vinhos e Turismo, LDA entre o dia 17/02/2020 e o dia 30/06/2020, com o objetivo de fornecer experiência e conhecimentos uteis para o mundo do trabalho, aprendi imenso neste estágio, o engarrafamento de vinho, higiene da adega, manutenção das vinhas até à produção do
vinho em si. Foi uma grande experiência cheia de desafios que com a orientação do Engenheiro Tiago Alves e como os conhecimentos adquiridos no curso Técnico Superior de Produção Agrícola da Escola Superior Agrária de Castelo Branco do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco consegui superar. O estágio compreendeu tarefas como limpeza e higienização da adega, trasfegas, manutenção de equipamentos, engarrafamento e enchimento de embalagens de vinho, manutenção da vinha, manutenção do sistema de rega e poda em verde.
Abstract: This professional internship took place between 17/02/2020 and /06/2020, with the objective of giving experience and knowledge useful the world of work, I have learned a lot at this profssional intership, from the wine bottling, cellar hygiene, vineyard maintenance until the production of wine it self. It was a great oportunity full of challanges that with the guidance from Engenheiro Tiago Alves and with the acquired knowledge in Higher Technical Course of Agricultural Production from Agrarian Superior School of Castelo Branco from Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco I could overtake. The professional internship included taskes like cellar cleaning and hygiene, changes of wine intoo other vats, equipment maintenance, bottling and filling of packs of wine, vineyard maintenance, irrigation system maintenance and green pruning.
