Relatório de Estágio

Abstract

O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio do Curso Técnico Superior Profissional em Comunicação Audiovisual (CTeSP), ministrado na Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas (ESART) do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco, e tem como objetivo descrever e refletir sobre as atividades desenvolvidas durante o período de estágio curricular. O estágio teve início em fevereiro de 2026 nas instalações da Aptiv, em Castelo Branco, empresa tecnológica global do setor automóvel. Durante o estágio, a empresa passou a chamar-se Versigent, na sequência de uma cisão que deu origem a uma nova empresa independente cotada em bolsa. O estágio foi realizado no departamento de Recursos Humanos e Comunicação, onde foram desenvolvidas diversas tarefas de comunicação interna. As atividades realizadas incluíram a conceção e produção de cartazes para eventos internos e comunicados informativos, a criação de conteúdo textual e audiovisual, e a elaboração de apresentações institucionais. Os conteúdos produzidos foram distribuídos através dos ecrãs digitais espalhados pelas instalações da empresa e em suporte impresso. Para a concretização dos trabalhos foram utilizadas as ferramentas Adobe Illustrator e Microsoft PowerPoint. Este estágio foi uma oportunidade de aplicar, em contexto profissional real, os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do CTeSP e de desenvolver capacidades técnicas e relacionais importantes para trabalhar na área da comunicação audiovisual

Abstract : This report was prepared within the scope of the Internship Curricular Unit of the Higher Professional Technical Course in Audiovisual Communication (CTeSP), taught at the School of Applied Arts (ESART) of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco. Its purpose is to describe and reflect upon the activities carried out during the curricular internship period. The internship took place in February 2026 at the Aptiv facilities in Castelo Branco, a global technology company operating in the automotive sector. During the internship, the company was rebranded as Versigent, following a corporate spin-off that gave rise to a new independent publicly listed company. The internship was carried out within the Human Resources and Communications department, where a variety of internal communication tasks were developed. The activities performed included the design and production of posters for internal events and informative communications, the creation of textual and audiovisual content, and the development of institutional presentations. The produced content was distributed through digital screens installed across the company's facilities as well as through physical printed materials. Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint were the primary tools used throughout the internship. This internship provided an opportunity to apply, in a real professional context, the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the CTeSP programme, and to develop technical and interpersonal skills that are important for working in audiovisual communication.
