Abstract
Este documento relata as atividades desenvolvidas durante um estágio curricular no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Estágio para conclusão da Licenciatura em Gestão – Ramo Recursos Humanos, com o intuito dos alunos aplicarem em contexto real e quotidiano os conhecimentos obtidos durante os três anos da licenciatura.
O estágio realizou-se na Câmara Municipal de Idanha-a-Nova, no Departamento de Recursos Humanos, orientado pelo Dr. João Jóia de Carvalho, Chefe de Divisão na qual este departamento se insere.
Neste estágio foram realizadas várias atividades inerentes às funções do SRH, nomeadamente, vencimentos, SIADAP (avaliação de desempenho na função pública), constante monitorização da legislação, formação profissional, HST, Balanço Social, arquivo de documentação, elaboração do plano de férias, assiduidade, documentação individual dos funcionários, contacto com a plataforma de GRH, Sistema de Gestão de Pessoal, Recrutamento e Seleção (na função pública realiza-se por Procedimento Concursal devidamente legislado), Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho, RH trimestral e justificação de faltas, horas suplementares e ajudas de custo. Nem todas as atividades tiveram influência direta do estagiário, mas o mesmo acompanhou de perto todas as atividades identificadas.
Este relatório estruturalmente apresenta-se da seguinte forma: inicia pela fundamentação teórica para que o leitor perceba e entenda as atividades realizadas, seguindo-se depois a caracterização da Entidade Acolhedora, pela descrição das atividades desenvolvidas terminando com uma reflexão pessoal e conclusão sobre o estágio desenvolvido.
Abstract: This document reports on the activities developed during a curricular internship within the scope of the Internship Curricular Unit towards the completion of the Degree in Management – Human Resources Branch, with the aim of students applying the knowledge obtained during the three years of the degree in a real and everyday context. The internship took place at the Município de Idanha-a-Nova, in the Human Resources Department, guided by Dr. João Jóia de Carvalho, Head of Division in which this department is located. During this internship, several activities inherent to the functions of the SRH were carried out, namely, salaries, SIADAP (public service performance assessment), constant monitoring of legislation, professional training, HST, Social Balance Sheet, documentation archive, preparation of the vacation plan, attendance , individual documentation of employees, contact with the HRM platform, Sistema de Gestão de Pessoal, Recruitment and Selection (in the public service this is carried out through a duly legislated Competition Procedure), Occupational Health and Safety, quarterly HR and justification of absences, hours supplements and subsistence allowances. Not all activities were directly influenced by the intern, but he closely monitored all identified activities. This report is structurally presented as follows: it begins with the theoretical foundation so that the reader perceives and understands the activities carried out, followed by the characterization of the Hosting Entity, with the description of the activities carried out, ending with a personal reflection and conclusion about the internship developed.
