Abstract
Este documento reflete o relatório da unidade curricular “estágio” da licenciatura em Gestão Comercial, na Escola Superior de Gestão de Idanha-a-Nova do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco.
O estágio foi realizado na empresa Ginemed Portugal, especializada em Reprodução Humana Assistida desde 1992, que acolheu a estagiária de “braços abertos”. Decorreu no departamento de marketing e comunicação, tendo como objetivo conhecimentos e adquirir habilidades em contexto prático.
Foram realizadas fundamentalmente três atividades principais: 1) ativar a página profissional da plataforma linkedin, numa vertente de marketing interno; 2) elaborar a apresentação comercial da Ginemed; 3) organizar e planear eventos corporativos. Em todas as atividades foram utilizadas técnicas como análise de dados, design gráfico, comunicação, planeamento estratégico, entre outros.
O estágio foi uma mais-valia para evoluir profissional agregando novas competências tendo por base a aprendizagem no curso. Contribuímos, assim, para a melhoria continua da empresa, aumentando a sua notoriedade ao nível da comunicação.
Abstract: This document reflects the report of the ‘internship’ curricular unit of the Commercial Management degree programme at the Idanha-a-Nova School of Management of the Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute. The internship took place at Ginemed Portugal, a company specialising in Assisted Human Reproduction since 1992, which welcomed the intern with ‘open arms’. It took place in the marketing and communications department, with the aim of acquiring knowledge and skills in a practical context. Three main activities were carried out: 1) activating the professional page on the linkedin platform, as part of internal marketing; 2) preparing Ginemed's commercial presentation and creating information for the marketing plan; 3) organising and planning corporate events. All the activities used techniques such as data analysis, graphic design, communication and strategic planning, among others. The internship was an asset for professional development, adding new competences based on the course learning. We thus contributed to the company's continuous improvement, increasing its notoriety in terms of communication.
