Reabilitação e remodelação de uma moradia unifamiliar em Reigadinha

Abstract

Este presente documento tem como objetivo apresentar todo o processo desenvolvido, do projeto final de curso, no âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto de Design de Interiores e Equipamento, lecionada na Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco. A moradia escolhida para este projeto apresenta-se como um caso real e desafiante de intervenção. Construída em 1996, encontra-se parcialmente inacabada, com o sótão e a cave por finalizar e o rés-do-chão desatualizado e desorganizado a nível funcional. Localizada na aldeia de Reigadinha, um território rural afetado pelo abandono populacional e envelhecimento da população, esta habitação insere-se num contexto que exige não só a reabilitação dos espaços interiores, mas também a valorização social e territorial. O projeto pretende, por isso, contribuir para a regeneração local, através da recuperação de uma estrutura familiar existente e da sua adaptação às necessidades atuais de um jovem casal. A relevância pessoal do espaço, associada à viabilidade técnica da intervenção e ao seu potencial impacto social, fizeram desta moradia a escolha mais coerente e significativa para o desenvolvimento deste projeto final de curso Abstract : This document aims to present the entire process developed for the final course project within the scope of the Interior Design and Equipment course unit, taught at the School of Applied Arts of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco. The house chosen for this project represents a real and challenging case for intervention. Built in 1996, it is partially unfinished, with the attic and basement yet to be completed, and the ground floor outdated and functionally disorganized. Located in the village of Reigadinha, a rural area affected by population decline and aging, this dwelling is set in a context that demands not only the rehabilitation of interior spaces but also social and territorial enhancement. Therefore, the project intends to contribute to local regeneration through the restoration of an existing family structure and its adaptation to the current needs of a young couple. The personal significance of the space, combined with the technical feasibility of the intervention and its potential social impact, made this house the most coherent and meaningful choice for the development of this final course project project.uninhabitable.
