Relatório final do estágio curricular : Côte d'Azur - Mediação Imobiliária, Lda. - Portugal

Abstract

O presente relatório final de estágio apresenta em pormenor as atividades realizadas durante o período de 25 de março a 16 de junho de 2026 na empresa Côte d’Azur – Mediação Imobiliária, Lda – Portugal. Este trabalho desenvolvido para realização da unidade curricular de estágio, está dividido em 4 partes. A começar pela fundamentação teórica, apresentando conceitos e abordagens que sustentam as atividades desenvolvidas. A segunda parte tem foco na apresentação da entidade acolhedora e do contexto organizacional em que o estágio foi realizado. A terceira parte descreve de maneira organizada e em pormenores as atividades realizadas e a realizar. Por último a quarta parte e última parte, consiste na análise crítica sobre a experiência do estágio, da integração e da aprendizagem. O estágio tem como objetivo a integração na empresa, adquirir conhecimentos práticos sobre a área comercial e aplicar os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos durante os três anos de licenciatura em Gestão Comercial. ABSTRACT: This final internship report presents a detailed overview of the activities carried out between March 25 and June 16, 2026, at the real estate agency Côte d’Azur – Mediação Imobiliária, Lda – Portugal. This work, developed for the internship curricular unit, is divided into four parts. It begins with the theoretical framework, presenting the concepts and approaches that support the activities developed. The second part focuses on the presentation of the host entity and the organizational context in which the internship is taking place. The third section provides an organized and detailed description of the activities completed and those still to come. Finally, the fourth and last part consists of a critical analysis of the internship experience, integration, and learning process. The internship aims to ensure integration within the company, the acquisition of practical knowledge in the commercial field, and the application of the theoretical expertise gained during the three years of the Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management.
