Abstract
O presente relatório de estágio descreve as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio
curricular realizado na empresa HMM – Hermès Manufacture de Métaux, como parte dos
requisitos para a obtenção do grau de Licenciatura em Gestão - Ramo de Recursos Humanos
pela Escola Superior de Gestão de Idanha-a-Nova do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco.
Este estágio, supervisionado pela Professora Doutora Marta Sofia Alves Félix e orientado pelo
Diretor de Recursos Humanos Dr. Vitor Dias Neto, teve a duração de três meses, de 18 de março
a 14 de junho de 2024, totalizando 480 horas.
O estágio permitiu a aplicação prática dos conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos ao longo do
curso, contribuindo significativamente para a formação profissional na área de Gestão de
Recursos Humanos (GRH). Durante este período, foram realizadas diversas atividades,
incluindo a integração no Sistema de Gestão de Recursos Humanos “MyClickH”, processos de
recrutamento e atualização de organogramas e fluxogramas.
A empresa HMM, fundada em 2005 como J3LP e integrada ao Grupo Hermès em 2020,
especializa-se na fabricação de peças metálicas de alta qualidade, principalmente para artigos
de luxo. Este ambiente proporcionou uma experiência rica e diversificada, permitindo o
desenvolvimento de competências especificas na área de GRH, como a gestão de processos de
integração e acolhimento de novos colaboradores, a reformulação de manuais de acolhimento
e a melhoria dos painéis de informação para auditorias internas.
Além disso, a experiência na HMM contribuiu para o desenvolvimento de habilidades
interpessoais e de comunicação, essenciais para a prática profissional em recursos humanos.
A supervisão e orientação constantes proporcionaram um ambiente de aprendizagem propício
ao desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, preparando a estagiária para os desafios futuros na
área de GRH
Em resumo, o estágio ma HMM – Hermès Manufacture de Métaux foi fundamental para a
formação prática e profissional, oferecendo uma visão abrangente dos desafios e das melhores
práticas na Gestão de Recursos Humanos (GRH), consolidando uma base sólida para a futura
carreira na área.
Abstract: This internship report describes the activities carried out during the curricular internship at HMM - Hermès Manufacture de Métaux, as part of the requirements for obtaining a degree in Management - Human Resources from the Idanha-a-Nova School of Management of the Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute. This internship, supervised by Professor Marta Sofia Alves Félix and supervised by Human Resources Director Dr. Vitor Dias Neto, lasted three months, from March 18 to June 14, 2024, totaling 480 hours. The internship allowed the practical application of the theoretical knowledge acquired during the course, making a significant contribution to professional training in Human Resources Management (HRM). During this period, various activities were carried out, including integration into the "MyClickH" Human Resources Management System, recruitment processes and updating organizational charts and flowcharts. The HMM company, founded in 2005 as J3LP and integrated into the Hermès Group in 2020, specializes in manufacturing high-quality metal parts, mainly for luxury goods. This environment provided a rich and diverse experience, allowing me to develop specific skills in HRM, such as managing onboarding and welcoming processes for new employees, redesigning welcoming manuals and improving information panels for internal audits. In addition, the experience at HMM contributed to the development of interpersonal and communication skills, which are essential for professional practice in human resources. The constant supervision and guidance provided a learning environment conducive to personal and professional development, preparing the intern for future challenges in the field of HRM. In summary, the internship at HMM - Hermès Manufacture de Métaux was fundamental for practical and professional training, offering a comprehensive view of the challenges and best practices in Human Resources Management (HRM), consolidating a solid foundation for a future career in the field.
