Abstract

O relatório final de estágio é um componente essencial e obrigatório ao Estágio da Licenciatura em Secretariado, tendo como objetivo analisar a capacidade da discente em desenvolver processos de pesquisa, a sua competência em analisar componentes das áreas onde esteve envolvida e apresentar detalhadamente as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do período de estágio. O presente relatório é referente ao estágio realizado na Fundação Maria Clementina Godinho de Campos, situada na freguesia de Galveias. Inicia-se com uma fundamentação teórica, onde são referidos os assuntos abordados no período de estágio, permitindo assim demonstrar a capacidade de pesquisa e de interpretação de estudos científicos relacionados com a área em questão, para uma melhor compreensão da temática apresentada. Em segundo lugar, procede-se à apresentação do estágio e da entidade acolhedora, com um breve resumo da história da instituição, apresentando a sua missão, visão e valores e descrevendo a sua hierarquia. Posteriormente, encontra-se a descrição das atividades desenvolvidas pela estagiária durante a época de estágio, descrevendo-as detalhadamente, dando a conhecer as aprendizagens adquiridas ao longo desta fase. De seguida, é apresentada uma reflexão crítica onde a discente expõe e analisa o seu percurso e a sua vivência ao longo do estágio. Por fim, é elaborada a conclusão e apresentados a bibliografia, apêndices e anexos.

Abstract : The final internship report is an essential and compulsory component of the Internship of Office Management, with the objective of analyzing the student's ability to develop research processes, its competence in analysing components of the areas in which it was involved and to present in detail the activities carried out during the internship period. This report refers to the internship carried out at the Maria Clementina Godinho de Campos, located in Galveias. It begins with a theoretical foundation, which refers to the subjects covered during the internship period, demonstrating the ability to research and interpret scientific studies related to the area in question in order to gain a better understanding of the subject matter presented. Secondly, the internship and the host organisation are presented, with a brief summary of the institution's history, mission, vision and values along with a description of its hierarchy. Then there is a description of the activities carried out by the trainee during the internship, describing them in detail and making known the lessons learnt during this phase which is then followed by a critical reflection where the student explains and analyses its journey and experiences during the internship. Finally, the conclusion is drawn up and the bibliography, appendices and annexes are presented.
