Abstract

O Estágio Curricular assinala o culminar de uma etapa marcante e impactante de qualquer estudante universitário, o término da licenciatura, sendo, neste caso, o término da licenciatura em Secretariado pela Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco. Esta unidade curricular tem, como um dos principais objetivos, ser a primeira experiência profissional na área de Secretariado, especificamente em Recursos Humanos. O Estágio Curricular existe para uma melhor perceção e inclusão no mercado de trabalho e, sem esquecer, colocar em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo destes 3 anos de aprendizagens. Numa primeira fase, será feita uma revisão da literatura, abordando tópicos pertinentes da realização do estágio. De seguida, um enquadramento da Entidade acolhedora, desde a sua história/evolução, organograma e hierarquia, Missão/Visão e Valores, e o fluxo de produção. Será analisado ainda o funcionamento da Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe, designando e explicando os vários departamentos existentes. Após a apresentação e análise da Entidade, serão referidas todas as tarefas realizadas ao longo do estágio, bem como o seu enquadramento teórico. Também será efetuada uma breve reflexão crítica, destacando o impacto profissional que o estágio curricular detém em qualquer estudante, conseguindo-o fazer evoluir tanto profissional como pessoalmente. Por fim, na conclusão, analisam-se os objetivos cumpridos, as limitações e competências adquiridas não só em relação ao cumprimento do plano de estágio, mas também ao alcance e superação de possíveis desafios.

Abstract: The Curricular Internship is a significant and impactful stage for university students, marking, in this case, the completion of the Secretarial Studies degree at the School of Education of Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute. The main goal of this course is to provide students with their initial professional experience in the secretarial field, particularly in Human Resources. The internship helps students gain a better understanding of the job market and facilitates its entry, as well as applying the knowledge acquired during their three years of study. Initially, a literature review will be conducted, covering relevant topics for the internship. This will be followed by an overview of the host company, including its history, organization chart, hierarchy, mission, vision, values, and production flow. The structure and operations of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck Europe will also be analyzed, detailing and explaining the various existing departments. Upon presenting and analyzing the organization, all the tasks performed during the internship and their theoretical framework will be discussed. Additionally, a brief critical reflection will be conducted, emphasizing the professional impact that the curricular internship has on students, facilitating their professional and personal development. Finally, the conclusion will assess the goals achieved and the limitations and competences acquired, as well as the weaknesses dealt with, not only in terms of fulfilling the internship plan but also in addressing and overcoming potential challenges.
